All we need is your architectural floor plan with elevations and where your project is going to be located.
Yes! We engineer plans for projects of all sizes. From a small porch addition to a commercial building. We are happy to help!
We prefer not to sign or seal drawings prepared outside of our office. We will happily prepare our own design, provided that there is not a previous engineer of record still involved in the project.
Any design prepared by our office will have a continuous load path, which means the roof, walls, and foundation are designed to work together as a unified structure to withstand the loads present for that site. Provided that the structure is built in accordance with our design as well as the Fortified Standard, it should achieve a Fortified rating.
